Hamish specialises in energy contract negotiation and procurement. He previously held the role of Electricity Trading Manager at Energy Australia. Hamish identifies each client’s unique characteristics and preferences and develops solutions that suit the clients specific needs. Solutions include customised retail structures that enable co-optimisation of retail and network costs, demand response negotiation and management and optimisation of on site generation. Hamish works with clients on both an initial project and ongoing basis, putting in place an appropriate structure and then ensuring it’s optimised.

Hamish is regularly asked for input into market reviews or market development by both regulatory bodies and governments. This is evidenced by participation in the SA Government’s Energy Market Roundtable in 2015 and the Federal Government’s National Energy Guarantee Technical Working Group in 2018.
